Now, decades later, after finalizing Juan Soto’s move to the New York Yankees, he is working upfront to get the best contract for Cody Bellinger. Notably, Boras got a year deal on his terms for the 25-year-old, making him eligible to raise his demands depending on the 2024 season. The “Super Agent” is looking for the same approach for Bellinger.

Boras said, “I think Bellinger’s a fit with most teams because he’s a Gold Glove type first baseman, centerfielder, can play four positions, hit in the middle of a lineup, provide power. I wouldn’t know any team that wouldn’t want that.”

With this, he hinted again that teams have to pay right to the player. According to the latest report, that question could come up in front of the Chicago Cubs as they chase Bellinger along with the Toronto Blue Jays.
