An Adorable Moment Captured Amid a Warm Welcome

Nobuyuki ‘Nobu’ Matsuhisa, whose Instagram handle is ‘therealnobu’ posted an adorable picture that took the internet by surprise. In the picture, the legendary international chef stood between two most-spoken-of players in today’s MLB posing with a platter of what looked like Japanese cuisine.

Having Ohtani and Yamamoto at his restaurant, Matsuhisa Beverly Hills, was a gesture by the $200 million worth restauranter to welcome the duo to Los Angeles. He captioned the moment with the fulfilling words, “Welcome to Los Angeles and welcome to Matsuhisa Beverly Hills!” and tagged these profiles : @shoheiohtani, @yoshinobu__yamamoto, @ippei1231 and @matsuhisabeverlyhills.

He joined hands with the two-way phenom, who on 14th December, signed a record 10-year/ $700-million contract. Notably, he deferred around 97% of the package so that his new team could accommodate more. High-priced players with a winning mentality was their target. And so the leadership of the Blue Boys went all in and stood true to the words, ‘you gotta do what you gotta do’.
