While Trout himself is one of the best in the game, the Angels star never shies away from appreciating Ohtani for his game. Also, as the two play together on the same team, his belief in the same has grown with each passing day. Trout addressed the same in a recent interview with MLB.com. He said, “I’ve never seen anybody go up there and do that.”

Reflecting on the unique skills of Ohtani, Trout added, “I mean, it’s hard to do for a righty, let alone a lefty. You just think he’s gonna do something special every night, or do something you’ve never seen before that night.”

The Angles star is in awe of this moment. Addressing it, Trout shared, “I think you’ve gotta enjoy every minute of it. You don’t see this often. It’s just really impressive to be able to go out there and do that on a nightly basis. And then to pitch, it’s pretty amazing.”
