Derek Jeter has been one of the significant faces in Major League Baseball. An MLB Hall of Famer and five-time World Champion, the New York Yankees legend, enjoyed an illustrious baseball career. Although the Yankees and Red Sox share the fiercest rivalry, Jeter did not shy away from congratulating David Ortiz on his big day.

Jeter and Ortiz played in MLB when the rivalries between the Red Sox and Yankees were on a new high. The two share eight World Series titles, five for Derek Jeter and three for David Ortiz. Despite being rivals in the ballparks, Jeter and Ortiz always shared a good relationship off the field.
