The magic has returned in the ALCS after daybreak, with the Texas Rangers leveling the series to take it to the final game. Notably, it was do-or-die for the Rangers after they lost their last three games to go a game down after a two-game lead. They did the same with Adolis Garcia coming out strong after a missed opportunity due to ejection in the last game.

The Lone Stars, battling the odds, had a perfect finish to take the battle of Texas to game seven. Interestingly, Garcia came out as a winner after starting on a slow note, completing his revenge in the unfavorable surroundings and boos impacting his output.

Everything matters in the battle of playoffs, especially if a loss brings an end. The Texas Rangers, who have experienced a loss after leading the game, knew this. They did not take a chance and continued to compile runs, taking away the opportunity from the Astros to make a comeback. In the same line, Adolis Garcia played his role, too.

Garcia, who was struck out four times, made the entire game his own with a beautiful strike, denting the Astros in the ninth inning. He hit the grand slam to take the score to 9-2 against the Astros, who lost another home game of the season.

Renowned MLB insider Bryan Hoch shared a post on this. It read, “Adolis Garcia, Houston’s least favorite Ranger, struck out in his first four plate appearances. He wasn’t going to do it a fifth. Garcia’s grand slam has Texas up big in the 9th as this ALCS appears headed for a Game 7.”

It was the perfect comeback from Garcia to finish the game with a run and four RBIs to his name. With this, he helped himself but also the Rangers, who can breathe their World Series dream again.

It eventually resulted in a break that hampered the Lone Stars more, who lost the game in the ninth innings. Many blamed Garcia for the unnecessary reaction that complicated the situation.
