And in the same line,  the Yankees, captain Aaron Judge, gave his honest opinion on the season. While addressing the loopholes, he suggested a solution to the problems, which found a mixed response from the Yankees fans.

Aaron Judge apprises, the problem in execution as the Yankees struggle

The New York Yankees have been in a loop of good and bad. Sadly, the bad has affected the team more than the good. And the team continues to fail even after doing most things right. Given that the situation has not improved even after Aaron Judge’s comeback, many questions are there to answer.

Being a leader and the captain of the team, Judge has come up with an answer to the biggest question. YES Network shared a tweet related to this. It read, “Aaron Judge believes that the Yankees’ issues with execution is the cause of the team’s struggles.”

In the video, the reporter asked Judge about the loss, irrespective of the talent on the team. The captain corrected the question with a truthful answer. He said, “Not at a loss, you know, we’re not showing up. That’s what it comes down to. We’re not showing up when we need to, especially down the stretch right now. And we got every opportunity to keep ourselves in the race and we’re not capitalizing when we need to. So that’s all I got on that.”

Notably, Judge’s comments came after the Yankees lost to the Braves with a score of 5-0. Though the pitching was under stress for many reasons in this game, their batting also failed. And it opened up the pandora’s box of questions from the fans and critics regarding the Yankees’ continued struggles. Though the fans were dejected because of the result, they backed their captain on his harsh truth.

Fans Support Judge’s Take on Yankees Problems

There have not been many reasons for the Pinstripes to celebrate. It also added to the pain of their fans, who expected better from the team.
