The idea behind the post was to motivate her followers and help them feel encouraged. She wanted to tell people that nobody should work harder than them under any circumstance.

In the Tweet, she wrote, “‘There’s no excuse for anyone to work harder than you do.’ -Derek Jeter #motivationmonday #morningmotivation”. McMahon seemed to be inspired by Jeter’s quote and wanted to emphasize his message.
