During one interview, Boone was asked about his favorite Taylor Swift song. The Yankees’ manager, under pressure because of the poor results, put some thought and cheered while answering the question. He named two of his favorite songs.

Now after him, Yankees’ manager Aaron Boone had his say in the fanboy conversation. A reporter, while sharing that Swift is in the town, asked, “Taylor Swift is in town. You’re a Taylor Swift fan. She’s had the hooks out. We didn’t see her. But a favorite Taylor Swift song.”

To which Aaron Boone had an interesting answer. He said, “Blank space, blank space. But before we are never ever getting back together again, like ever. I like that one too. I like blank space.”

Though it was a light moment, the Yankees fans are seemingly unhappy with it too. The Yankees are struggling and are last in the AL East. Fans’ frustration and anger with the team has followed the Yankees’ manager in his off-field adventures too.
