Woodley has begun his training camp ahead of his much-anticipated fight against ‘The Problem Child’. In a clip posted to his Twitter, Woodley shared a montage of his training session. The former champion showed clips of him working on his movement, creating angles, and picking up pointers from his coaches as he unlearns his old habits, thus picking up favorable habits for a boxing bout.

Which version of Tyron Woodley will we get on fight night?
Unlike Paul’s previous opponents, Woodley is well known for his knockout power. As he has secured 37% of his MMA wins via T/KO, he will definitely be a step up in competition for Jake Paul.
However, Woodley is not the most technically sound fighter. He makes up for that with brutal one-punch knockout power that he has displayed time and time again- Most notably in his title win against Robbie Lawler. However, if we were to judge his recent performances, Woodley has been abysmal. ‘The Chosen One’ is 0-4 in his last four fights and has arguably not won a single round in any four of those bouts.

At 39, age is definitely not on Woodley’s side either. However, he has something that can not be taught regardless of the amount of training put in. Woodley, who has legitimate one-punch knockout power, will be aiming to use that against Paul.

In his last four fights, Woodley has been extremely shy on the trigger. He waited to find the perfect moment to land his right hand, but that moment never came. In his last fight, Woodley rocked Luque with a punch, proving that the punching power is still there.
