Patrick emphasized choosing a career path that you really enjoy and care about.

“Find something you actually freaking like to do,”

Of course, that’s the number 1 advice everyone keeps in mind while choosing a profession. And that’s surely what Danica asked herself too, considering she had plenty of people who doubted her.

“I wouldn’t say I ever had people tell me I couldn’t do this early,” Patrick said. “I don’t doubt that there were many people that didn’t think I could do this. You can feel that.”

Yet, she stayed on her path and ended up becoming one of the most popular race car drivers in the world.

However, the former driver has now put an end to her racing endeavors and chosen the path of an entrepreneur. Moreover, she talked about writing her own book, which is when she talked about the big advice for all high school girls – “Dream Big”

“That’s the next phase of moving life after racing, spread that message of empowerment and dreaming and finding what you love to do,”

What a brilliant thing to say. Do you agree?

Danica Patrick Enjoys Her Time Away From Racing

The former NASCAR and IndyCar driver-turned-entrepreneur did an impressive job proving her mettle as a racer. After her retirement, she chose a life of broadcasting and joined Clint Bowyer in Fox Booth in March this year.

“That was a 27-year season of my life, where I sort of strapped on the armor, and I was tough and strong and aggressive and was built for that world.”

But, Patrick is also enjoying her time away from the sport, in a less intense role in the Broadcasting Booth for FOX Sports. Moreover, she is quite invested in her businesses and her life at home with her dogs.

“And I also enjoy this phase of my life, where I can take some of that armor off, and I don’t have to be so tough, and I don’t have to be so aggressive, and I don’t have to do so much.”
