Joey Logano’s car sale smells fishy in the NASCAR community

It will be interesting to know at what price the Smoke’s car will be sold off to its new owner, but one can now also buy another Cup Series car. The bonus is that its price is already known. The car is being sold for just $50,000.

The car in question is of another former Joe Gibbs Racing driver, and a Cup Series champion Joey Logano. According to a recent Reddit post, Logano’s 2011 Cup Series Ford car, is decorated with its Shell-Pennzoil livery. However, it seems there is foul play in the whole dealing related to the sale of the car.

First and foremost being that in 2011 Logano was a Joe Gibbs Racing driver, a team that has housed cars from Toyota manufacturing. As a result, the claims of the Ford car being on sale seem to be dubious.
