Who doesn’t love owning official merchandise? And especially, when it’s your favorite driver’s merch you get to flaunt, it’s like a dream come true! With the off-season having rolled in, it’s the perfect chance for fans to get their hands on some fan-favorite Kyle Larson themed products to sport in the upcoming season. Hendrick Motorsports’ official restaurant partner, Jinya Ramen Bar has just released limited edition merchandise that is priced as low as $27.

Jinya Ramen Bar, which is also an official restaurant partner of Kyle Larson, is offering their products on Hendrick Motorsports‘ official store. The restaurant’s official Instagram handle also advertised this partnership recently. The combination of racing and food presents a great opportunity for the fans to pre-book their favorite driver’s officially sponsored shirts.

The 9FIFTY Cap has often been a part of Larson’s garage dress code. While drivers and pit crew members generally use caps, the Jinya collaboration creates a classier look with the black and red combination. What’s more: The merchandise release came right after Larson claimed his fourth Turkey Night Grand Prix win.

Another record for Larson

Kyle Larson broke out of third place in the all-time wins list for the Turkey Night GP at the Ventura Raceway. Having been tied for three championships with Billy Boat and Christopher Bell, Larson finally broke out of his place to trail just Ron Shuman who has won it a staggering eight times. Starting at 10 this year, Larson made a great comeback, thereby winning the midget race.

The #5 Cup Series driver has won the race previously in 2012, 2016, and 2019 and now has his sights set on breaking Ron Shuman’s record, who is far ahead. Speaking about his latest USAC Midget car win, the 31-year-old said,

“I’m happy to get another Turkey Night win. We’re second on the all-time win list now, which is cool. Hopefully, we can catch up someday and maybe lead this thing. This is such a historic race, the 82nd running, which is incredible. it’s been a good event for us, and we’ve always run really well here.”

The race has been a dominating ground for Larson, who raced for the first time in the competition in 2011. Since then, he has started 11 times and is yet to finish worse than P4. His path to victory was challenged by runner-up Corey Day but all’s well as Larson managed to retain his dominance.

Following agony in the 2023 Cup Series championship race, the win is a much-needed confidence booster before full-fledged preparations start for 2024.

One take at a time

I instantly fell in love with the sport as I witnessed the cars' breakneck speeds and the robust nature of the sport and its drivers. As I had a deep-rooted interest in automobiles, the sport naturally piqued my interest in a jiffy. Kyle Busch and his cutthroat style of racing played an important role in getting me hooked to stock car racing as I hopped on streams to watch him win races.
