When it comes to a family gathering, all the kids love that one person who brings them candies. Well, for the Earnhardt family, Dale Jr seems to be just that uncle. With Good Friday and Easter just around the corner, Dale Earnhardt Jr had a family reunion at his 300-Acre Western Town. And he certainly knows how to arrange family gatherings.

Over the years, he has evolved from being a race car driver to being an entrepreneur. Everywhere he goes, he manages to win his fan’s hearts with his work. This also applies to his Dale Jr Download podcast, where he talks honestly and openly about anything related to NASCAR. So it is no surprise that whatever he does catches the fans’ eyes. The most recent thing that got his admirers talking was his family get-together.

Dale Earnhardt Jr had a funny bunny moment at his Western Town

The newest episode of his podcast had him shed some light on the beautiful time he spent with the family. In conversation with the co-host of the show, Mike Davis, he expressed that the Earnhardt family had a wonderful Easter reunion last Sunday.

He said, “We had an Easter egg hunt and hay rides and we grilled on a grill some cheeseburgers and hot dogs.”  While they did not have good internet service there, they did manage to see most of the race as well.

Davis also asked Dale Jr about the person who was there in a bunny costume. Junior shared that it was her wife Amy who surprised everyone with a bunny costume, which only added to the fun. But she wasn’t the one wearing it.

It was his buddy Shawn who was wearing the costume and had pictures taken with all the kids.

But something more hilarious was in store for Dale as he told, “Shawn’s son Lawson says ‘that ain’t no real bunny. It’s got daddy’s hands. He’s got daddy’s hands! And I thought that was hilarious. They ain’t got bunny hands’, it’s funny.”

A family get-together to celebrate love and happiness is surely a great idea, especially when Easter is around the corner. The Earnhardt family is lucky to have witnessed that recently. The family came together for some pre-Easter fun and was seen sitting at a long picnic table with all the colorful art and craft supplies.

This was all on the Instagram stories of Dale Jr. The kids looked ecstatic. The adults, too, did not miss the chance to enjoy the massive property Dale Jr has managed to develop. His Western Town property also holds a huge collection of iconic cars, which is a surprise given the property’s rustic setting.
