There is nothing called the perfect timing to say the word ‘Yes’. But it’s the perfect time for Matt Tifft. As the marriage bells are ringing for the 26-year-old, the part-owner of Live Fast Motorsports seems to be over the moon. And the NASCAR community has joined in to celebrate the news. Even Cup Series rookie Noah Gragson joined the crowd.  

As he shares the big news on Instagram, comments have flooded in, sending the two all the good wishes.

Matt Tifft recently took to Instagram and posted a picture of his fiance. He also added the caption, “Fairly sure she said yes.” He also added the emoticon of a ring. In the pictures posted by him, Jordan, his fiance, is seen flaunting the big sparkling stone and also being embraced by her would-be husband. 

While Tifft broke the happy news on social media, the NASCAR community and his fellow drivers sent their congratulatory messages to the couple.

Ryan Vargas, the Xfinity racer, left a comment under the post, “WOO”. So did Blake Koch. The semi-retired racer commented, “Congrats man!!”

The Cup Series rookie Noah Gragson also pressed the heart button on the post. 

The fans also wished the newly engaged couple.

Matt Tifft’s indirect return to NASCAR

However, it was not always a bed of roses now for Matt. He suffered from brain cancer back in 2019. He underwent brain surgery to remove the tumor in his right frontal lobe. This also resulted in him being sidelined from driving, with the probability of jeopardizing his NASCAR career. 

But Matt faced adversity like the warrior he is. He slowly recuperated with proper measures. The Front Row Motorsports driver eventually bounced back to the racing world. Although he is yet to turn the wheels of his car. Nevertheless, he was featured in the Forbes 30 under 30 Sports list of 2022. And is also the youngest person in NASCAR to own a team. Matt co-owns it with his fellow driver friend, BJ McLeod and Joe Falk. 

Matt’s story is nothing less than inspiring. Perhaps it instills his fans and people in general with the hope of fighting back. The NASCAR world wishes these two all the happiness in the world. They also hope that this young driver finds his way back into the grid and claims back the glory which he once left while fighting seizures.
