Samantha Busch’s bold new culinary adventure
Samantha had an existential crisis, sort of, last year, when she began to have cravings for steak. “I don’t even know who I am anymore,” she said in an Instagram story during Christmas last year. This has now blossomed into a more adventurous approach for her, as evident from her latest Instagram story. Samantha Busch shared her latest food experiment: trying bison for the first time.
“Gave bison a try for the first time. Really liked the flavor but some parts were super chewy,” read Samantha’s Instagram story caption. She even asked her followers for advice to improve her cooking technique. “I did it on low/medium in the cast iron seasoned. Did I do something wrong or any other cooking suggestions,” she further added.
This leap didn’t come out of the blue. It was a gradual progression. After giving in to steak during her Vegas trip, Samantha’s cravings intensified, leading her to experiment with more unconventional cuts of meat. “I’m downing hearts and livers too,” she shared on her earlier Instagram story, embracing her newfound love.
Samantha Busch’s culinary journey is not just about the dishes she’s trying. It’s also about her deep connection with fans. Just a few weeks ago, she took to Twitter to ask for recipe suggestions. “Spent 25 years not eating red meat but now I’m back 💪 gimme all your fav recipes!” she tweeted, sparking an outpouring of suggestions from her followers.

To deal with the hair loss issue, Samantha has tried everything – from hair supplements to red light therapy. She even reached out to her followers on social media for advice on stopping the hair loss. She wrote an Instagram post last year, “I appreciate the support, community and suggestions over the past 16 months that I’ve been on this journey. It has been tremendously helpful!” While the shedding has stopped for now, there’s a chance that it can return if she stops taking medications.
Incorporating red meat into the diet can play a crucial role in her recovery. Rich in protein, iron, zinc, and Vitamin B12, nutrients known to support hair growth, red meat can support her journey toward healing. We wish Samantha continued strength and success as she navigates, both, her culinary exploration and her journey to better health.
