At the Atlanta Motor Speedway, LaJoie was a bit of a hero when he almost bagged his first career win. Unfortunately, it came undone at the next race, where he got caught up in a wreck. Now, he will be aiming to redeem himself and hope that the WWE Summer Slam car is his ticket to redemption.

Obviously, the driver must have been bitterly disappointed to miss out on a win at Atlanta. However, there is nothing that he can do, except move on and hopefully get another chance. The bad news for him is that the Spire Motorsports car is arguably not that quick, so that race could have been his only shot.
On the positive side of things, NASCAR has often proven to be unpredictable. So who knows whether a freak turn of events could see Corey LaJoie running at the front once again?
