Ayesha Curry has been making headlines with her upcoming movie, The Irish Wish, but that’s not all the buzz! The Curry clan is expecting baby number four, as Ayesha is pregnant. A proud husband and father, Stephen Curry took to Instagram to share a story professing his love for his “baby” (Ayesha) and the baby on the way.

In the movie premiere photo that Golden State Warriors superstar shared on his story, Ayesha could be seen rocking her baby bump in a Dolce & Gabbana (estimated value $5.3 billion) black corset dress reportedly amounting to $7800.

Ayesha Curry is part of the Netflix movie, starring Lindsay Lohan (who is also the Curry family’s close friend), Alexander Vlahos, and Ed Speleers. The romantic comedy is releasing just in time for St. Patrick’s Day. The story revolves around Maddie (Lohan) who makes a spontaneous wish for true love and wakes up as a bride-to-be at her best-friend’s wedding. Maddie now is navigating through a series of unexpected events, discovering who her real soulmate is going to be.

Ayesha couldn’t be more excited about her film and for her future baby, flaunting her way to the red carpet, as we can evidently seen how she’s killing it in the black D&G corset.

Ayesha showed off her baby bump in a cover story for Sweet July‘s first digital edition, “The Village Issue.” She elaborated on her feelings when learning she was pregnant with baby no.4 at age 34. She said it was “interesting” when the doctor explained it on the paper. “Many women in their 30s and 40s are going through this for the first time,” she said, “and being told you’re ‘old’ feels alarming and wild. I think the narrative needs to be shifted a little bit.”

When Curry posted “The Village Issue” on his Instagram, comments poured in with love and support from other NBA veterans like LeBron James.

An unexpected urge for family expansion moved Ayesha and Stephen in a new direction. “A feeling of incompleteness kept nagging at me,” she mentioned in her Sweet July magazine. “It was like a puzzle with a missing piece. So, we embarked on a new chapter, determined to make our family whole“, she continued. “This is such a sacred time in life that I know I’m never going to get back so I’m being a little selfish,” Ayesha mentioned, talking about how this pregnancy journey is full of a newfound focus on protecting her well-being and peace.

With three kids already—Riley (11), Ryan (8), and Canon (5) – Stephen and Ayesha are preparing for the newest member of the Curry Clan. Married since 2011, they’ve always been open about parenthood. Stephen once told Parents magazine that being a dad is about embracing life’s surprises.
