LeBron James proved yet again why he is the family man, through and through. James was seen rushing into the Lakers’ locker room after they defeated the Dallas Mavericks tonight. Luka Doncic was back for the game, but LA had a stunning second half that allowed them to come on the top.

Bronny James is currently playing Arizona, even though there were doubts as to his presence. Anyway, it’s all clear now that his father is trying to be on time to watch Bronny in action. “I have to go catch my son’s game real quick.” Bron was saying this to the reporters as he jogged back.

The James family had a nightmare last year when their firstborn dropped unconscious during practice. He was immediately taken to the hospital and had to spend a couple of months rehabilitating. The cardiac arrest, which led to the fall, was later diagnosed as being a congenital heart defect.

So seeing Bronny alive and well in itself was the biggest gift LeBron and his family received. Once he was cleared to return to practice, the 19-year-old put in the work with renewed energy. Although his father wishes to be in attendance for all of his games, the Lakers superstar has his own set of responsibilities as a professional basketball player.

Even so, James’s love and support for his son’s future and his family in general know no bounds.

LeBron James has his priorities straight

As the time for Bronny’s USC debut was drawing closer, the 4x champion made an announcement that left his fans in quite a dilemma. LeBron had said that he would miss a Lakers game if there was a conflict in the schedule. “Family over everything”. That was his final say in the matter.

The last offseason saw Bron dropping hints at a potential retirement. But he had squashed any such rumors after Bronny’s successful revamp. He said that going through such a situation helped put everything into perspective. So, even though he wanted to focus solely on his family going forward, they were having none of it.

His family has always been his strength and pillar. Particularly, his wife, Savannah James. Dedicating her life to the success of her husband and her children is no small feat. Yet, she was happy to be doing just that. And the results were outstanding. When there is peace in the family, whatever is going on around you just fades into nothingness.
