The Pacers seem to be getting the upper hand going into the second half of the Rockets matchup. But the result is not definite. Yet what has captured everyone’s attention now is none other than Dillon Brooks. Back again with another one of his infamous stances, he managed to set the internet ablaze! A layup in the first half led to a missed shot fluidly landing in the basket, courtesy of Brooks. In the process, the Pacers star, Tyrese Haliburton, was knocked to the ground.
A typical Dillon Brooks celebration followed, with the Canadian staring down Haliburton, who was getting back up.

Anyway, his celebration was cut short when Brooks had to leave due to what was announced as a right oblique abdominal strain. And it just so happened after his mock stand over a fallen Haliburton. The Pacers went on to win the game, crushing the Rockets 123-117.
Either way, his shenanigans are not new to the NBA world. So much so that he had given himself a nickname that would go well in a Marvel universe.

‘Dillon the Villain’ is just getting started
No one can forget Dillon Brooks’ swat against Daniel Theis’ groin during the Pacers-Rockets matchup on October 11. What made the incident unforgettable was a new nickname he dubbed on himself after the ejection. “The name is ‘Dillon the Villain,’” he had said after.
Even though many relish the aggressiveness and mockery that Brooks engages in, there are times when those supporters also agree that the Canadian is out of bounds. And the Theis incident was one such situation. With his favorite pastime being ‘poking the bear’, it won’t be long before he becomes the second coming of Draymond Green.
