Ja Morant receives high praise from his Memphis Grizzlies teammate

Following his first suspension, Morant came a changed man. He was an important piece of the team that saw the Memphis Grizzlies finish in second place behind the Denver Nuggets. The Grizzlies playoff run ended before it started when they got knocked out by the LeBron James-led Los Angeles Lakers in the first round. However, the 2x NBA All-Star found himself surrounded by a repeat of his first controversy, which resulted in a 25-game suspension. Recently, his 24-year-old teammate Xavier Tillman appeared on NBA legend Gilbert Arenas’ podcast Gil’s Arena.
