Long-time rivals and legends LeBron James and Stephen Curry put on a show and left everything they had on the floor.

After their historic duel, the two superstars from Akron exhaled in disbelief as they played arguably the best game of the season.

After a grueling game that lasted 58 minutes, LeBron James and Stephen Curry hugged it out and acknowledged what they created on the floor tonight. Steph asked LeBron as they embraced, “How does it get better?” King James was overwhelmed with the historic game and responded, “I don’t know.”

Steph went off for 46 points in the game, and LeBron finished with 36 points, 20 rebounds, and 12 assists to record a triple-double. Both players were very emotional after the incredible game, and Steph was frustrated at not coming out with a win. The Warriors superstar tore his jersey as he headed to the locker room.

Stephen Curry nearly pulled off a miraculous victory for his team twice in tonight’s game. With the Warriors trailing by 2 points in the final seconds of the 4th quarter, Steph crossed Anthony Davis over with a nasty move and tied the game with a layup. Steph believed he got fouled during the play.

However, the game went to overtime, with the score tied at 118-118. Steph got a second chance to seal the game in 2nd overtime as he shot a wide-open three-pointer to get the Warriors a 1-point lead. Unfortunately, LeBron made a comeback on the other end and won the game with two clutch free throws. It is great to see LeBron and Steph acknowledge each other’s greatness after their hard-fought battle.

The best NBA game of the season

The Lakers vs. Warriors clash tonight might have been the best game of this season. It had everything to keep the fans on the edge of their seats. Apart from the historic performances by LeBron and Steph, the game had several other memorable moments. Anthony Davis made a miraculous comeback in the fourth quarter after leaving the game due to an injury in the third quarter. Draymond Green resorted to his controversial tactics when he hit Davis in the face during the closing seconds of regulation.

D’Angelo Russell continued his dominant scoring form and scored several clutch buckets to keep the Lakers alive. Klay Thompson also showed glimpses of his former self and sent the game to second overtime with a clutch three-pointer.
