Nikola Jokic is as real as they come. The Denver Nuggets star player always keeps it simple. The Nuggets’ media day generated a great fan following for the already-loved Serbian. It also served to show just how pure the two-time NBA MVP is. Nikola gives a lot of importance to his family. But, he is devoted to the game and gives it his all when he is on the court. That was what landed the Nuggets their first championship, and cost LeBron James his fifth.
His hard work, dedication, work ethic, and consistency are aspects that everyone in the league aspires to follow.

Answering questions on media day, Nikola managed to land yet another classic Jokic response. When asked if he knew much about Deion Sanders, famously known as “Coach Prime”, he responded with a “No Sorry”.

The fact of the matter is, he was being completely honest. There was no trace of malice or insult to the Colorado Buffaloes famous coach. He was simply being Nikola Jokic. We can be sure that Deion Sanders will not allow this to continue. Known for his outgoing personality, Coach Prime might invite Jokic over or pay him a visit.
LeBron James’ love for football extends to Sanders as well
James’ love for football is nothing new. This love has prompted many to speculate on the “what-ifs” of such a possibility. Right now though, LeBron is all praises for the Buffaloes coach, Deion Sanders.
After the Buffaloes won against the Cornhuskers (9 Sep, 23), LeBron James was quick to tweet about it.

In a more recent bout of friendship, The King was absolutely taken with Sanders’ Prime Colorado Cleats. He even posted a story on Instagram asking for a Nike-to-Nike swap. Coach Prime’s reply was an entire video with a shoe in LeBron’s size, “You know I got you covered“.
