The Los Angeles Lakers are gearing up to face the Golden State Warriors at Crpyto.com Arena. They are already the big man down, Anthony Davis. Official reports have confirmed that AD will be sitting this one out because of headache and nausea. And it looks like their next superstar might just not take the floor either. Everybody is anxiously waiting for the arrival of LeBron James. And with less than two hours to go, Dave McMenamin tweeted the current situation of the Purple & Gold.

“With tipoff in less than two hours, LeBron James has yet to arrive to the arena, sources told ESPN. He did not participate in the Lakers’ walkthrough. His playing status for the Warriors game is still undetermined, sources said.” So far, the Warriors have the upper hand in the games between them with a 2-1 record. The last head-to-head with LeBron present was a 121-128 loss on March 16. The Lakers have one more chance before the season ends to at least tie the series.

The Warriors (43-35) are coming in tonight with a win over the Utah Jazz previously. If they win against the Lakers, Stephen Curry and Co. will be one step closer to the ninth position. But for LA (45-34); they are just half a game behind the Kings (45-33) for the eighth rank. With just two games left in the regular season, it would be a miracle if they get close to a straight ticket to the playoffs.

The chances are highly unlikely, but every Lakers fan would love to dream. Every team upward of No. 6 doesn’t have any plans of giving their place up. And the fact that they will be facing the seventh-seeded Pelicans (46-32) in the last game of the regular season doesn’t make the odds any better.

And under such circumstances, the 4x champion has finally shown up in the arena. What’s the catch behind that now?
