Ayesha Curry opens up about her pregnancy complications

Ayesha recently opened up about her maternity issues during her third pregnancy presenting a challenge called hyperemesis. Severe nausea, uncontrolled vomiting, weight loss, and dehydration define this pregnancy condition. What distinguishes Ayesha Curry’s pregnancy narrative is the startling resemblance to that of none other than Kate Middleton. The Duchess of Cambridge also experienced hyperemesis throughout all three of her pregnancies, drawing attention to her own royal battle.

So during her podcast appearance on Because Life, Ayesha Curry was asked about her pregnancy.

“That pregnancy was the worst,” Ayesha said. “I was sick every single day. I had something called hyperemesis. It basically is a fancy term for extreme sickness. I felt like trash and actually lost weight during that pregnancy. Also during that time, I found out I was dealing with thyroid issues. So I had to get a biopsy during the pregnancy. And the sickness got so bad I kept getting admitted to the hospital. Eventually, they were like we are going to give you a pick line in your arm.”

But thankfully Stephen Curry’s better half is completely fine now and delivered a healthy boy, Cannon.
