Even after his suspension ended, the Dodgers cut Trevor from the team, and no other MLB team signed him to a new contract because of his tarnished reputation. With no other options, Trevor had to move to Japan to play for the Yokohama DeNA BayStars in the Nippon Professional Baseball League.
