And now the multi-millionaire has added another accolade to her resume with the release of her new movie ‘Irish Wish’ starring Lindsay Lohan.

Ayesha’s latest acting endeavor was released on Netflix on March 15, 2024, immediately winning the fans over. The romantic comedy has become the Number 1 movie in the world on Netflix in less than two weeks. Of course, the massive success really thrilled Ayesha Curry, so she took to Instagram to express her excitement. Ayesha shared the post of the movie’s director, Janeen Damian, on her Instagram story. She tagged her co-star Lindsay Lohan and wrote, “Wowzas!!!” followed by several heart-eyed emojis.

While Lindsay is the protagonist of the film, Ayesha plays the role of her friend, Heather. Fans loved their on-screen chemistry, and Ayesha garnered a lot of appreciation for her acting from the NBA World. While shooting Irish Wish, the duo also developed a wonderful friendship outside the movie set. Ayesha and Lindsay have been spotted together on several interviews for the film’s promotion, and even took a BFF test during an interview with Netflix.

Curry revealed in an interview how shooting in Ireland helped her and the rest of the ‘Irish Wish’ team excel in front of the camera. “I think it just added to the ambiance of the film, and it made everything that much more special.”

Since then, Ayesha has been on several movies and TV shows as an actor, host, and judge. She also worked with Dwayne Johnson aka ‘The Rock’, on HBO’s show Ballers.
