LeBron James is one of the most dominant athletes of all time. Even at age 39, he is one of the best players in the NBA. LeBron’s longevity is a testament to his work ethic and dedication to the game of basketball. And King James showed one more time why he is still a beast in his 21st NBA season. A day before going head-to-head against the LA Clippers, LeBron broke a sweat with NFL superstar Myles Garrett and blessed him with his training blueprint.
King James shared several pictures of his workout session with the 271lbs Cleveland Browns star through an Instagram post. “IRON SHARPENS IRON!! Big Bro & Big Lil Bro getting after it! Giving him the full Blueprint and more! @flash_garrett P.S. I know y’all know this already but he’s an ABSOLUTE BEAST!!” LeBron captioned the post. Even though LeBron is 11 years older than Myles, he went toe-to-toe with the 28-year-old defensive end.

LeBron and Garrett developed a friendship due to their Cleveland connection. Both players were the Number 1 picks in their respective draft classes. When Garrett got drafted into the NFL in 2017, LeBron was still playing for the Cleveland Cavaliers and was wreaking havoc on the league. King James has been a huge supporter of Brown since the beginning of his career. He constantly shows his admiration for Garrett on social media and roots for the Browns during the NFL season. It is great to see LeBron passing down his knowledge to Garrett and teaching his “Big Lil Bro” how to attain similar career longevity.
Myles Garrett paid tribute to LeBron James amid huge career milestone
While LeBron had great things to say about Garrett in his post, the Browns star reciprocated the gesture a few weeks ago. Earlier this month, Garrett capped off his incredible NFL season by winning the 2023 Defensive Player of the Year trophy. Garrett channeled his inner LeBron James during his acceptance speech and repeated his iconic line, “To the city of Cleveland, this one’s for you.” The crowd erupted as Myles Garrett paid homage to King James.
