For those outside Akron, March 30 is just another date on the calendar. But for folks in Akron, it’s a special day—330 Day—a nod to the original area code. Last year, on this day, the LeBron James Family Foundation opened its doors to House Three Thirty, a family-friendly community center. It’s a one-stop destination that caters to the diverse needs of the Akron community. From family financial health programs to job training, from retail and entertainment spaces to a community gathering spot for large indoor and outdoor events, House Three Thirty has it all. Celebrating one year of the incredible initiative, LeBron shared the vision behind it, stating, “My community means the world to me!! I hope and pray we ALL WIN!!!”

His business partner and friend Maverick Carter echoed similar sentiments, stating, “We built a destination for the entire world in our hometown, and I couldn’t be more proud!! House Three Thirty is everything we strive for in business, culture, and opportunity for all. Experience it only in Akron!”

That’s not all. To celebrate the city of Akron and the first anniversary of House Three Thirty, the LeBron James Family Foundation is hosting a community event, scheduled from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. This all-day extravaganza promises family-friendly activities, food and beverages, and a special musical performance by R&B singer Montell Jordan, best known for his 1995 hit single “This Is How We Do It.”
