The Golden State Warriors vs Sacramento Kings matchup today was the most electric one. When it looked like the Kings were going to take that win, Klay Thompson came out of nowhere for a buzzer-beater. And that’s why the Warriors are a dynasty. Thompson was not in the least bothered by point guard Davion Mitchell in front of him. Draymond Green and his history with the Sacramento Kings earlier this year were not forgotten by anyone.
It could be one reason the Kings gave it straight for the Warriors. If not for Thompson’s brilliant shot, the Dubs would be in the dumps. The post-game conference saw Green smiling ear to ear after their victory over the near-death experience.

Draymond Green lets the inner child in him fly free
The Kings lost to the Warriors by just one point tonight. The odds were stacked against the Dubs from every angle. But Klay broke through in the last second to beat the buzzer. The Big 3 of the Dubs know a lot about each other. That’s why in Draymond Green’s post-game conference he alluded to Klay’s childishness.
He was happily making a paper plane with the press in front of him, saying he was turning out to be Klay now.

It is not the first time Green has pointed out Thompson’s childishness. During their plane rides to games, Klay spends his time throwing snacks at anybody and everybody. In ‘The Draymond Green Show’, he answers a few fan questions. When asked about his favorite Klay moment, Draymond mentions his childishness.
Apparently, Thompson’s attention span is worse than a two-year-old as well. Green mentions how Klay can only manage to sit still through one game of dominoes. Thankfully, when it comes to basketball, Klay puts his serious gear on. And that’s exactly what happened in tonight’s matchup.

Klay Thompson’s brilliance costs the Kings dearly
The Warriors dynasty got a kingly burn when Sacramento got a little too close for comfort tonight. They were the only team to get one over the Warriors during the Stephen Curry era. And it looked like they were going to do the same tonight. They would have gotten away with it too, if it weren’t for Splash Brother number 2.
Klay did mention prior to the regular season that he was feeling completely rejuvenated and ready to do some damage. His claims of being the best he’s felt physically were not certainly just a fluke. Even with Mitchell pushing and pulling him, Klay effortlessly took the winning shot.

We can be sure that Klay Thompson will continue this going forward. After all, that is what he promised the NBA world and his team.
