The Beverley Hills neighborhood is popular for being home to the rich and famous. Recently, Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James joined that exclusive list after he purchased a $36.8 million mansion in 2020. However, LeBron’s new neighborhood has brought more problems for him as he has grown “very concerned” by the squatting problem near his property. Amid the security concerns, former NBA star Gilbert Arenas called out LeBron and made a wild comparison between him and rapper 50 Cent.
Gilbert Arenas addressed LeBron’s concerns on the latest episode of No Chill Gil. According to LeBron’s house manager, the Lakers superstar has increased the security in his Beverley Hills property because of the squatters throwing wild cocaine parties down the block. However, Arenas believes LeBron is being “petty” because he does not even have a house in that area. Gilbert said, “I am trying to figure out who is the petty king right now, him (LeBron James) or 50 Cent.”

Arenas pointed out that LeBron’s Beverley Hills property is nothing but “dirt” at the moment. LeBron demolished the $36.8 million mansion he bought in 2020 to build a new home. He fought a 2-year legal battle to start construction and got the approval last year in October. James is yet to start the project. That means LeBron’s property that he is so concerned about is only an empty piece of land. “He don’t even have a house to protect!” Arenas hilariously remarked. Arenas compared LeBron’s pettiness to 50 Cent because the rapper is infamous for holding the title of “Petty King”. He has also amid a heated controversy with his ex-girlfriend Daphne Joy following the P Diddy allegations.
Gilbert Arenas brought up P Diddy while addressing LeBron James’ “pettiness”
While Gilbert Arenas talked about LeBron’s squatter problems, he also mentioned rapper P Diddy. He claimed the parties in LeBron’s neighborhood were at the same level as the rapper’s controversial drug parties. P Diddy is currently facing major allegations about being involved in sexual assault, sex trafficking, and distribution of illegal drugs and firearms. The controversy has also gotten LeBron James into trouble as people quickly scoured the internet and found an old video of LeBron hyping up P Diddy’s parties.
