Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and the OKC Thunder were engaged in a battle with the Los Angeles Clippers on Thursday night. To bring more glamor to the already intense matchup, soccer sensation and Real Madrid star Vinicius Junior, is in the house. But anybody who has been following SGA or Vinicius for some time will know that the pair share a close friendship.

Earlier in the year, Shai had traveled to Real Madrid to visit and support his friend. Their wholesome bond has become stronger with their shared passion – fashion.

Gilgeous-Alexander is already known for his incredible fashion sense. GQ Magazine had named him the most stylish man of 2022. And the Met Gala look he sported earned him much recognition. Vinicius Junior is not behind either. With impeccable style and charm, the 22-year-old has earned many compliments for his effortless looks.

The most recent scenario of the generational talents’ friendship was when Shai surprised the Brazilian winger in the Champions League semi-finals. With no post-season commitments scheduled, the Thunder’s All-Star made a trip to Spain with his partner, Hailey Summers. Ecstatic at his arrival, Vinicius Jr. made every arrangement for them to enjoy the best Madrid had to offer.

An avid basketball fan, Vinicius did not forget to try his hand at hooping with Shai. SGA, in return, scored a penalty shot in a fun game.

Following this, they watched a Real Madrid basketball game together, while enjoying Spanish cuisine. Food brings everybody together. So imagine the memories friends like these two would have made. Both stars in their respective fields, they have immense pressure and responsibilities to shoulder.
