Brazilian footballer Neymar signed a massive $434 million contract with Saudi club Al Hilal on Tuesday. After playing 6 seasons with PSG, Neymar is all set to play in the Gulf and face Portuguese legend Christiano Ronaldo. Hours after signing Neymar, Al Hilal recruited another superstar who was eager to move to Saudi after hearing Al Hilal’s historic offer to Kylian Mbappe.

2 Time MVP and Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo made a huge announcement on Twitter joining forces with Al Hilal’s latest signing.

Al Hilal tweeted the photo of Giannis Antetokounmpo’s brand new Al Hilal jersey welcoming him to the family. “Your jersey is ready,” posted the Saudi club. In a hilarious exchange, Giannis shared a picture of himself with Neymar accepting the move to Saudi with just five words, “Best duo in Saudi League!” Of course, Giannis is not actually leaving the Milwaukee Bucks and moving to Saudi Arabia to play with Neymar.

This hilarious exchange comes weeks after Al Hilal made an astounding $1.1 billion offer to French superstar Kylian Mbappe. Seeing the massive contract on the table, Giannis posted a picture of him imitating Mbappe, “Al Hilal you can take me. I look like Kylian Mbappe.”

This hysterical post by Giannis broke the internet because of his comic timing and uncanny resemblance with the PSG striker. Kylian Mbappe eventually declined Al Hilal’s offer, deciding to stay in his home country. But Al Hilal made the best of the situation, going along with the joke and recruiting Giannis instead.

Even though Giannis is having the time of his life during the off-season, he will look to bounce back from the unexpected early playoff exit when the season starts.

Giannis will be all business when the NBA season starts

Giannis and the Milwaukee Bucks were the No.1 seed in the Eastern Conference last season but got eliminated by the No. 8 seed Miami Heat in a huge upset. Major reasons for their early playoff exit were Giannis’ injury and Jimmy Butler’s historic playoff performance.

Giannis averaged a career-high 31.1 points last season and was playing at an MVP level before his injury. With him having the time to rest and recover during this off-season, Giannis will look to elevate his game and return to being the MVP frontrunner next season. It has been two years since Giannis won his first NBA title, and he will look to hold the Larry O’Brien trophy once again.

Until the season starts, NBA fans can enjoy Giannis’ hilarious exchanges on social media. Giannis is a hilarious personality off the court, but between the four lines, he is a force to be reckoned with.
