This matchup gives the Suns a chance to level their record at 4-4 before returning home for three games. Their journey has had a number of difficulties, including the absence of important players. Bradley Beal, the Suns big purchase, is still uncertain about his debut, while Devin Booker is out with a calf injury. This has left their other star to carry the entire time.

Kevin Durant is taking on the weight of the entire squad, and the superstar has done that wonderfully. He has managed to score 72 points in the previous two games, including a stunning 41-point effort in his latest win against Detroit.

On the opposite end of the floor, the Bulls demonstrated their ability to succeed with a 130-point effort in a win over the Utah Jazz. DeMar DeRozan and Zach LaVine paved the way throughout. Billy Donovan, the Bulls’ head coach, is, however, hoping for greater consistency from his star combo as they attempt to establish their own playing style.

The Suns’ potential lineups include Eric Gordon, Grayson Allen, Keita Bates-Diop, Kevin Durant, and Jusuf Nurkic. However, the emphasis of the team is currently on Durant’s individual brilliance rather than team success. KD has a solid track record in Chicago, with previous games boasting 38-point and 44-point performances. But fans are wondering how long will Durrant carry his team and when will Booker return to aid him.

Devin Booker’s season ended up hampered by a string of misfortunes, starting with an injury to his toe prior to the season even beginning. He missed three games due to an injured ankle on opening night as well. And now, more recently, a strained right calf that is going to keep him out indefinitely.

Booker’s calf ailment might be related to his previous fitness issues. Due to past injuries, his failure to fully engage in training may have resulted in this recent setback.

Head coach Frank Vogel underlined the importance of cautiousness, supporting Booker’s desire to recover quickly. However, he also realizes the mounting number of injuries he’s dealt with in the first month of his season. Booker might make his comeback possibly by November 12 against the Oklahoma City Thunder. Or else even as late as November 15 when they face Minnesota Timberwolves. Suns supporters are, however, looking forward to Booker’s return, believing he could be what the club needs to get through their early-season struggles.
