The Golden State Warriors’ stint this season has been going horribly downhill. After a somewhat great start with five consecutive wins after the season opener loss, they are now back to bad times. They will face the Oklahoma City Thunder tonight for the second time this week after five consecutive losses.
Besides this, their season has also been riddled with many injuries and scuffles. The latter led to the loss of Draymond Green to a five-game suspension. If things weren’t already looking bad, there’s more bad news now.

Jackson-Davis was drafted by the Golden State Warriors in the second round of the 2023 NBA Draft. The pick was initially held by the Washington Wizards, who traded the rights to Jackson-Davis for cash considerations on draft night. The 23-year-old has played eight games so far this season and has put up 3.1 points with 1.9 rebounds and 0.6 assists.
But not all things are bad as it was reported today that Stephen Curry will return to the court. The point guard had missed the last couple of games due to a strain on his knee.

Chef Steph has been leading the Warriors bid to the playoffs this season. He is averaging 30.7 points with 4.6 rebounds, and 3.9 assists, all while shooting 48.8% from the field. There have been doubts and concerns about the Warriors relying so much on him for their wins. With Draymond out and a less-than-efficient Klay Thompson, the fans have no hope but to wish that Curry stays healthy through this all. This is not a sustainable approach and other players in the team must step up and share the load.
