Chris Paul started his Warriors career with a bucket. The Golden State Warriors are playing their first NBA Preseason game of the season against the Los Angeles Lakers. The NBA World got what they wished for as Point God Chris Paul made his Warriors debut with his new superstar teammate Stephen Curry. CP3 and Steph were in the starting lineup for the Warriors, along with Klay Thompson, Andrew Wiggins, and Kevon Looney. And fans got to see what Chris Paul can do right away as he drained his first bucket as a Warrior in the opening minutes of the game.

Right after opening the scoring for the Golden State Warriors, Chris Paul showed that he can work well with 4-time Champion Stephen Curry. He set up the Greatest Shooter of All-time in an astounding breakaway play.

The Golden State Warriors are playing the Los Angeles Lakers in their first preseason game. Chris Paul opened the scoring for the Golden State Warriors as he drained a smooth mid-range jumper from the baseline for two points. He showed his elite mid-range skills as he scored his first basket in the Warriors uniform over 6’9 Forward Jarred Vanderbilt. Right after scoring his first basket, Chris Paul did what he does best. Paul showed his playmaking skills, setting up Stephen Curry in a breakaway play. He passed the rock to the Warriors legend, and Steph drained the three-pointer from long range. The Warriors fans were excited to see their new superstar duo working together.

Stephen Curry and Co. hope to open their preseason with a win over the team that eliminated them from the playoffs last season. The Los Angeles Lakers are not in complete strength as LeBron James decided to sit out the thrilling encounter. In King James’ absence, Anthony Davis is leading the charge for the Lakers. Darvin Ham started the game with a completely fresh starting 5 that included, D’Angelo Russell, Gabe Vincent, Rui Hachimura, Jarred Vanderbilt, and Anthony Davis.

Which team will win the 2023 Western Conference Semifinals rematch?

The Los Angeles Lakers are currently trailing Stephen Curry and Co. 54-61, with one-half of the match still to be played. The Warriors hope to maintain their lead and bag their first win of the season. But the Lakers are highly capable of making a comeback in the second half as The Brow is leading the game in scoring with 15 points.
