Story of Giannis Antetokounmpo, “The Greek Freak”

Giannis has undergone one of the craziest body transformations in the league. Back in 2013, the Milwaukee Bucks chose Antetokounmpo as the 15th pick in the NBA Draft. Giannis, a tall and skinny kid, stood high at 6’9″ and weighed only 190 pounds. He didn’t put up great numbers during his rookie season, but he was gaining weight and bulking up.

Apart from his body, he transformed his gameplay too. The Bucks forward soon started picking up the qualities of some of the best players in the NBA. He started to emulate them in his gameplay. His primary inspiration, you ask? It was Kobe Bryant.
