Lakers’ star LeBron James is getting better with age

CJ McCollum, Portland Trail Blazers star guard, argues that LeBron James is the best player in the league. In conversation with Channing Frye, McCollum compared the 4-time NBA champion to an expensive Chateau Margaux wine.

“He [LeBron] was great early. He was deemed the chosen one. And he’s been able to extend his career 18 years later to where he’s sharper, he’s a better jump shooter than he was when he first got into the league. He’s still able to empower his teammates, still able to make his team win. He is still the best player in the NBA.”

The Chateau Margaux costs $494.12 on average, and those are big numbers for the King yet again. CJ aptly described LeBron and his legacy that still continues. His primetime with the Big 3 and later with Kyrie Irving were ferocious for his opponents. Not much has changed since then. James is becoming a mature player day by day.

This 2020-21 season was a difficult year for Bron with injuries and other issues playing out against him. He averaged 25 points this year during the regular season. However, his early exit from the postseason wasn’t metaphorical to him quitting the GOAT title. His fans believe that their superstar will make a huge comeback next season at the age of 37 years.
