Tyler Herro has been in the league for only two short years. He was drafted by the Heat in 2019. He was the 13th pick of the 1st round. Ever since then Herro has developed his game and his shooting and confidence have seen a meteoric rise.

Herro is currently averaging 20.5 points, 4.0 assists, and 4.9 rebounds per game. Additionally, he is shooting consistently and maintaining a field goal percentage of 43%. Moreover, his 3 point percentage has improved from 36% to 39%.

Herro is a little weak when it comes to defense. However, he does try his best on that end. His stats on the defensive end are not that impressive, but he manages a few steals now and then.

It is also notable to mention that Herro is running at the forefront in the race for the Sixth Man of the Year award. He is the favorite to win the award. He has definitely had a huge impact on the Heat franchise. However, many believe that claiming that he is the best player on the team right now is a little far-fetched.

Jimmy Butler can be classified as a seasoned player since his experience stretches over 10 years. He has been in the league for a long time and brings a plethora of experience to the franchise.

Butler is currently averaging 21.5 points, 6.1 assists, and 6.0 rebounds. He is currently one of the most consistent mid-range players in the league with a shooting percentage of 48.2%.
