According to the study, LeBron James won the battle with his popularity across various states in the US. Betonline.ag conducted the study after James’ scoring record. King James gained popularity in most states after his all-time scoring record.

However, the results of the study evidently affected the fans as they swarmed the comments section with various opinions. One user said, “I’m a Lebron fan til I die but this data is just not reliable at all.” Following are some reactions from the NBA world.

One of the major analogies that MJ fans often brought to the argument was the highest average in the NBA history. 6x NBA Champion averaged 30.12 points in the regular season and 33.4 points in playoff games. Moreover, veteran NBA analyst Stephen A. Smith’s MJ analogy triggered hilarious responses from fans. He said, “Everybody universally respects LeBron, one of the greatest ever, but they feared Jordan bro.” Following his statement, fans swarmed the comments with hysterical opinions attacking the analyst.
