While describing Shaquille O’Neal, Charles Barkley said, ‘He’s a bully.’ In response, Fallon suggested, “Ohh c’mon! No, he is not.” Further, Barkley continued, “He’s a bully. He thinks because he is big, he’s a big old Shrek look-alike. He thinks he can just talk down on people.”
