Although this might have been good news for NBA fans, the news of a scheduling blunder soon surfaced on the internet. Janet Jackson is currently on her Together Again Tour. It was revealed that her concert and the Hawks v Celtics game are scheduled on the same day.

According to many fans, the blunder happened because the arena authorities underestimated the Hawks’ chances of making it so far in the series. This caused major controversy on social media.

Following this, Hawks star Trae Young left a message for the music superstar. Young tweeted “Sorry not sorry to this LEGEND.” The 24-year-old then went on to make a special request to Jackson. Young continued “Hope she can be at the game now!”, as the music concert was postponed because of the game. Senior NBA Insider Chris Haynes reported that the Together Again Tour‘s Atlanta stop will be moved up to the 28th of April.

Since none of the teams managed to secure a series win before game 6, immediate scheduling had to be done.

While the Celtics maintain a 3-2 lead and only need one win to eliminate the Atlanta team, the Hawks’ performance in the last game was spectacular.
