“I Kicked the Shit Out of John Wick”: Ex-Clippers Teammate Getting Killed in Keanu Reeves’ $326 Million Blockbuster Got Hysterical Reaction from Lakers Star Patrick Beverly
Recently, Los Angeles Lakers star Patrick Beverly couldn’t hold back his laughter while sharing the story of his ex-Clippers teammate getting killed by Keanu Reeves in one of his movies. His ex-teammate worked in one of Reeves’ highest-grossing films that earned over $326 million. Fans will probably find it intriguing how the Lakers guard’s ex-teammate got killed by Reeves in the blockbuster movie.
The ex-Clippers teammate is none other than the now-Houston Rockets center Boban Marjanovic. The Serbian made a cameo appearance in the third installment of the John Wick series, ‘John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum’. With his performance, the 7’4 center garnered a lot of appreciation from fans.

Lately, in one of the episodes of his podcast, ‘PatBevPod’, Beverley revealed how Marjanovic got killed by Reaves in the movie. During the podcast, the Lakers star said, “My old teammate Bobi, so he was playing for the Clippers when he was filming John Wick.” He added, “So he comes to practice and I’m like ‘Hey, what you do. Like obviously you die but was it a painful death?’ He said, ‘Yeah I kicked the sh*t out of John Wick.’”
Thereafter, Beverley disclosed that the 58-year-old actor didn’t have to stab or use a gun to kill the Rockets center in the movie. The 6’2 guard revealed that the legendary actor used a book to kill the Serbian center. Subsequently, Beverley acted out how Marjanovic was laid on the floor with his neck broken after getting beaten by Reeves. His recollection of the epic fight scene was pretty accurate yet hilarious.

Marjanovic’s cameo was for a short period of time as he got abruptly killed by Reeves. But in that short period, he performed some exceptional moves that were really loved by the fans.
