Dwayne Wade‘s wife Gabrielle Union has been in Hollywood for a long time. She started her acting career in 1993 and has shared screens with many famous faces including Heath Ledger. Union acted with Ledger in a movie that was instrumental for her career. Recently, the actress shared a few photos on her Instagram story that reveals her among co-stars from the sets of the movie.

Union’s career didn’t take off until she appeared in hits like Bring It On, Love & Basketball and 10 Things I Hate About You, among others. The now 50-year-old actress shared the screen with Ledger in the latter, a romantic teen comedy. Veteran actors and actresses such as Julia Stiles and Joseph Gordon-Levitt acted in the film along with Ledger and Union. The movie made a huge profit, earning tens of millions of dollars. It also received positive feedback from many fans.

Union is an avid social media user and often shares posts about herself and her family. This time, though, she shared an interesting post on her Instagram Story that is part of a slideshow of several rare photos from a Hollywood set! The 50-year-old revealed her appearance and that of her co-stars from 10 Things I Hate About You.

The slideshow starts with a photo of Union laughing followed by pictures of Stiles and Ledger. The fourth and fifth photo shows Gordon-Levitt and actor Andrew Keegan making faces. Then the next two photos reveal Union sitting in a classroom and Ledger standing in the background. The last two photos show Gordon-Levitt laughing and Stiles making faces. The three-time NBA champion Wade’s wife captioned her story, “OMGGGGG I was 26 playing 15 here in 10 Thing I Hate About You. I look like a baby (mind-blown emoji).” The slideshow provides an interesting showcase of how the now-popular actors looked when they were in the early stages of their careers. Union has previously shared how she felt when she met late actor Heath Ledger for the first time.

Dwyane Wade’s wife once shared her experience of meeting Ledger

Union had made an appearance on Watch What Happens Live and revealed her experience of meeting Ledger while working on 10 Things I Hate About You. She said, “The first time I met him [Heath Ledger], he had done a movie in Australia and no one had ever really heard of him, but he was just this mysterious 19-year-old.”

The actress added that the late actor told her and other cast-members who were above the age of 21 to meet him at the bar, situated at the top of their hotel. The Bring It On star continued, “And we walk in, and he’s just got this wild hair. Again, he’s 19, but he’s got this dad drink!” She finished by showering more adulations on the talented actor.
