The Los Angeles Clippers have been impressive all season. Their star man Kawhi Leonard was out for the season and did not play even a single game. Paul George, another impactful player for the Clippers, also struggled with injuries and was not available for most of the season.

Despite the uncertainty and injuries in the squad, the Clippers have managed to qualify for the play-in tournament. They can surprise any opponent on their best day and are not an easy side to face. They have a fair chance to qualify for the playoffs. The Clippers might not be the best team on paper, but they have performed as a single unit all season.

Leonard has been working on his fitness after the brutal ACL tear injury at the end of the 2020-21 season. The injury had sidelined him for the entirety of the 2021-22 season. There has not been much hope of a comeback from the star man and NBA veteran. However, the recent news brings some optimism. According to Bill Simmons, Kawhi Leonard has been playing 3 on 3 basketball.

It is sure that it won’t be in the play-in tournament that Kawhi would make a comeback. However, if Clippers qualify for the playoffs there is a slight chance that we would see Kawhi Leonard playing for the Clippers. A sight most fans would love to see.
