Chris Paul thriving on the Plant-Based Diet
CP3 looks like a man possessed to win his first NBA title. Despite playing in the NBA for over 15 seasons, this is the closest he has come to winning an NBA championship. The Suns took light note of the Nuggets, as they swept past them 4-0 in their playoff series. Despite all of that, Chris Paul spoke about the importance of his diet change in how it had helped him compete with younger players. Speaking to Men’s health, Paul spoke about how he changed his eating habits.

“I chose a plant-based life. So far, so good. Not easy. But for me, it’s working. I started plant-based in June. I went cold turkey. I tell you: I was itching. I thought I needed a chicken wing or something. But somehow I made it through,” said Paul.

Although they have a lot of young players on the roster, Chris Paul’s calming influence and competitiveness will be the key component for the Suns’ title ambitions, for this season.
