It is no secret that Michael Jordan likes to gamble and bet. He himself has been open about his betting practice over the years. Jordan is one of the most competitive players ever. And this applies to him off the court as well. With his seemingly unlimited fortune, MJ doesn’t have to worry about every dollar lost. The Chicago Bulls legend wants to win at any cost and he doesn’t shy away from the challenge. He would apparently bet on some of the most common or mundane things.
Even ‘The Last Dance’ at one instance showed Jordan betting with security personnel during a game of coins. The game is as simple as it gets, the one who tosses the coin closest to the wall wins. And MJ lost the battle here which recreated the infamous “shrug” from the winner. But things were not always simple with low stakes.
