Ever since the beginning of the offseason, NBA fans want to know one thing: Where will Kevin Durant play next season? ‘The Slim Reaper’ left the NBA world stunned after requesting a trade from the Brooklyn Nets. From there, a saga began. The 12-time All-Star has been silent as rumors keep intensifying.

Likewise, Durant has become the biggest name on the market. Teams have been wildly trying to get ‘KD’ under control. The 33-year-old has become the talk of the town. And with the ongoing buzz around Durant, the media has been going crazy. New twists and turns are revealing themselves every single day.

But with Durant noiseless, Tommy Beer tried to get his point of view. However, the former MVP blew the reporter off. He called out the media for lying throughout about his situation.

Responding to Tommy Beer, Durant said: “Keep making sh*t like y’all always do, the lies will get u where u want to be my man.”

 

However, that wasn’t the last of his attacks on the media. The Brooklyn Nets and Durant have failed to meet eyes so far. While the four-time scoring champion wants a move-out, the Nets are holding their stands. According to Marc Stein, the Nets are trying to convince Durant to run it back.

After calling out the media for lying, the Slim Reaper took a dig at them once again. He simply left it up to them to determine whether the reports were true. Since then, Kevin Durant has deleted all his tweets.

Initially, there was major friction between Durant and the Nets. Their meeting went south when the 2-time Finals MVP gave out an ultimatum. But the franchise didn’t budge. The NBA world seemed to have seen the last of one of the most lethal offensive pairs ever formed. However, the friends may just be making amends.

As players look to get better this offseason, Trae Young got together with his fellow peers to work out. Surprisingly, both Kevin Durant and Irving were working out together. While their relationship isn’t clear just yet, the duo may have plans to run it back one final season.
