Klay Thompson was never fazed
Assistant coach Jerry DeGregorio spoke about how Klay would face all the heat that came to him. Reflecting upon the latter’s rookie year, Jerry spoke about how Thompson was taking too many shots and not passing the ball, so much so that Monta Ellis called him out for it.
In the next timeout, Ellis ripped into the then-rookie for hogging the ball.
