The Los Angeles Clippers finally made some moves in the off season. They have acquired point guard, Eric Bledsoe, from the Memphis Grizzlies. In exchange, the Clippers sent Patrick Beverley, Rajon Rondo and Daniel Oturu.
Interestingly, the Clippers drafted Bledsoe in 2010. However, he did not get the recognition because of lack of play time. His true potential came on show when he was with the Phoenix Suns.

Bledsoe a new piece for the Clippers?
Eric will be a Clipper for two seasons. In this time he is expected to make around $37 million. However, out of his $19 million salary for next season, only 3.9 million dollars is guaranteed. Hence, it is clear that the Clippers are not in for the long run with Bledsoe.
But, should they considering keeping him? Bledsoe developed into a true scoring point guard in his time with Phoenix. Since then he has played for the Bucks and Pelicans.

Eric Bledsoe’s NBA Journey
Eric Bledsoe started off his NBA journey with the Clippers itself. However, he did not get the chance to make his name. Because, at the time lob city prevailed in LA with Chris Paul as the facilitator.

However, he was then traded to New Orleans as a deal to acquire Jrue Holiday. He became the back up point guard behind Lonzo Ball. Considering that, the 31 YO had an impressive season.
Now, he has returned to his draft team and will try to help them win. With the absence of Kawhi Leonard, he will have a much bigger role in the coming season.
