In a recent interview with Shannon Sharpe, Dwight Howard reveals the work ethic of LeBron James and how it helped him to stay at the top of the game. King James’s discipline and dedication toward the game didn’t even surprise Howard.

LeBron James is currently in the 19th year of his career. The Los Angeles Lakers star did not have a great start this season. However, his longevity is unparalleled. And this longevity of LeBron made Shannon ask Howard whether LeBron could continue playing for another 4-5 years. And found himself amused by his answer. Howard replied that LeBron could go on playing for as long as he want if he wanted to. LeBron trains with Mike, and according to Howard, he is the best trainer. Mike has been with LeBron since day one and thus doesn’t allow any carelessness in his training.

He said, “He Don’t Want to Just Play”. Dwight Howard alarmed everyone, saying that one day LeBron could just not play anymore. He referred to not exhaust the body of LeBron so much by playing him all the time. It could result like the last season when the Lakers performed poorly despite having a solid squad.
